Information we collect
- Your email address when you subscribe, purchase, or contact us.
- Purchase information such as the product, amount, date, payment status, and refund status.
- Standard technical information generated when a website is visited, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs.
- Messages and support information you choose to send us.
Stripe processes payment credentials. We do not receive or store your complete card number.
How we use information
We use information to deliver purchases and membership releases, operate the email list, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain business and tax records, and improve the website. Marketing email is sent only when you have subscribed or otherwise consented, and every marketing message should include an unsubscribe option.
Service providers
- Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, receipts, and refunds.
- Supabase supports the email signup system and related records.
- Netlify hosts the website and may process standard request logs.
- Google Fonts supplies website fonts and may receive standard request information from your browser.
These providers process information for their services under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, or our rights.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral advertising on this site.
Students and children
Our customer is the adult educator. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect student information. Do not send student names, IDs, accommodation records, health or discipline information, or other identifiable education records through this website or in a support request.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, and legal or accounting obligations. Transaction records may need to be retained after an account or mailing-list record is removed.
You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. You may also email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control. We will respond within a reasonable period and honor applicable legal rights.
Security and changes
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a revised date.
